Welcome to www.pomo-sports.com (the "Site") which is operated by POMO SPORTS Inc. ("POMO" or "we" or "our"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site. If you do not want to accept the practices described, please do not use the Site.

You understand and accept that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, message or other material appearing on this site (collectively, 'Content') are owned by POMO SPORTS Inc. Permission is hereby granted to display, copy, distribute, and download the materials on this site solely for personal, non-commercial use provided that you make no modifications to the materials and that all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials are retained. You may not, without POMO SPORTS’s express written permission, 'mirror' any material contained on this site or any other server. Any permission granted herein terminates automatically without further notice if you breach any of the above terms. Upon such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded and/or printed materials. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this site may violate domestic and/or international copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
At simplejumo.com, we pack and ship every customers' order with the utmost care. We offer "Standard Shipping" and "Express Shipping” for your convenience: Your shipping charges, including any applicable surcharges, will be clearly stated on the Verify Order page.
We ship orders to all 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We do not ship orders to international and P.O. box address.

Return and refund are accepted within 15 days of your order shipment date. Sorry, we do NOT accept exchange at this point. No return of merchandise will be accepted without first securing a Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Number provided by us. If you received a damaged package or there's an order discrepancy, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We'll need your order number, evidence of purchase date, description of goods including model numbers, and the reason for your return. Please note we reserve right to charge re-stocking fee 20% for good return. We may refuse or reject returned merchandise for failure to follow the conditions set forth herein
To receive a refund, you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee and sending out the package back to us. Please make sure the goodies are in perfect condition and well packaged when it’s returning back to us. All original tags must be attached. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned. Please allow 5-7 business days for transit time, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive an email once we process your refund.
